Viet Yum



Just a quick post.. of a collection of fruit! Just left Hanoi for Ho Chi Minh City, having the best time and never want to come home! Will post more photos when I can get them off my camera.

So I made salsa for lunch today. Bit of overkill with the photos, but I thought it looked too good not to share (yeah sorry fig jam!).

Today was the perfect Melbourne day (albeit on the windy side)

Started off with a the BEST fruit salad I've ever made, followed by an attempt to study marketing whilst sunbaking (didn't work out so well), finished off with a crisp apple cider. Yumm!

press clubbing

Dinner at The Press Club on Monday night with the family. Absolutely blew away any preconceptions I held about the restaurant and the man himself, George Calombaris.

Amazing food, presented immaculately.
